For stores and brands
An affiliate program for your store, with numbers you can trust
Open a campaign, set the commission and the rules, and affiliates and influencers come to you. Every sale is measured twice, every refund is counted before a commission is approved, and setup on Shopify and WooCommerce is guided.
What you get
Pay for a sale, not for exposure
A commission exists only when there is an order: a percentage of the products, a percentage of the order total or a fixed amount, with a cap if you want one. There can also be a commission on a lead, a sign-up or a subscription renewal.
Rules per campaign
Commission, cookie window (30 days by default), lock period, and allowed and forbidden traffic sources. A further campaign is fully separate, with its own affiliates, links and data.
Dual tracking
A pixel in the browser and a webhook from your store’s server. An ad blocker disables the first and not the second, and the system shows you how many orders the pixel missed.
Coupon codes with a policy per code
A personal code for each affiliate, and for each code you choose: credits always, credits only if that affiliate has a click, or never credits on its own. An order with a code that credited nobody is flagged and shown with the reason.
You decide who joins
Approve or decline requests, invite affiliates by their partner code, and choose whether to accept everyone or only affiliates who operate as a registered business. An affiliate can be removed from a campaign, and the removal can be reversed.
Refunds are counted before you approve
A partial refund reduces the commission proportionally, a full refund cancels it, and a commission is approved for payment only after the lock period. Every sale keeps a snapshot of the policy it was decided under, and campaign terms are versioned.
How to start
- 1
Connect your store
Shopify: install the app and approve. WooCommerce: one plugin and a one-click connection. Any other store: a pixel and a signed webhook.
- 2
Open a campaign
Commission, time windows and rules. You can start from your store’s defaults.
- 3
Approve affiliates
Requests to join, or a direct invitation to whoever you want to work with.
- 4
Review and approve commissions
See every order and the commission it produces. You pay affiliates directly, and mark the request as paid with a date and a reference.
Questions from store owners
- Which store platforms are supported?
- Shopify and WooCommerce, with guided setup. Any other store connects through the same API: one pixel and a signed webhook.
- How are affiliates paid?
- Affilcore calculates and tracks commissions and shows what is ready for payment. An affiliate submits a payment request, and you pay them directly, outside the platform, and mark it as paid with a date, a method and a reference. The payment terms (net days and a minimum amount) are yours to set.
- Will I see affiliate traffic in my own analytics?
- Yes. The buyer arrives at your store with identifiers in the address (
refid, refcamp, refclick), and they stay there, so your own analytics shows who brought the traffic without installing anything else. - What happens when the link is lost on the way, for example on a password page?
- An order that arrives with no click and no affiliate code gets the store’s most recent click from the same IP address and the same browser, if it was made before the order and is still valid. The sale is marked “matched by device”. This is on by default and can be switched off in the store settings.
- Can I restrict which traffic sources may be used to promote?
- Yes. In every campaign you set allowed and forbidden traffic sources.
- How do I start, if there is no self-service sign-up?
- Tell us about your store in the form at the bottom of the page, and we will usually get back to you within one business day. An account is opened after a conversation.
