  The commission, cookie window and lock period of every campaign are shown before you apply. A store’s profile tells you who it is, and you can filter campaigns by category.

• A personal link for every campaign

  Add a traffic source, five reporting slots (subid1 to subid5) and a deep link to a specific product page, checked against the store’s domain. Copy it, share it to social networks or make a QR code.

• A coupon code, when a link does not fit

  The store assigns you a personal code. If it has set the code to credit even without a click, a sale made with it is attributed to you.

• Every click and every sale in real time

  Analytics by campaign, source, device and parameter, against the previous period, and the same filter in the downloadable file. There is no detail about the buyer.

• Clear what is owed and when

  Earnings are split into available for payment, in the waiting period and awaiting the store’s decision, with the date each amount is released.

• Terms that do not change quietly

  The platform records which version of the terms you agreed to. When a campaign changes you see what changed (for example “commission: 10% → 12%”), with the store’s note.

   When the amount reaches the store’s minimum, submit a payment request, with an invoice if needed. The store pays you directly.

How do I join?

There is no self-service sign-up. Tell us who you are and your site or channel in the form at the bottom of the page, and we will usually get back to you within one business day.

Who pays me, and how?

The store pays you directly, outside the platform. Affilcore calculates and shows what is ready for payment, you submit a request, and the store marks it as paid with a date, a method and a reference. Each store’s payment terms (net days and a minimum amount) are visible to you.

What happens when a customer returns a product?

The commission updates automatically: a partial refund reduces it proportionally, a full refund cancels it. A commission is approved for payment only after the campaign’s lock period, so refunds are counted first.

What if the link is lost on the way?

An order that arrives with no click and no code gets the most recent click from the same IP address and the same browser, if it was made before the order and is still valid, unless the store turned the option off. IP addresses are stored only as a hash.

Can I work with stores in different currencies?

Yes. Combined totals are converted to one currency, marked as approximate (≈), and the exact amounts in each currency are shown underneath.

Can I be restricted in which channels I promote on?

The store sets allowed and forbidden traffic sources in every campaign, and you see them in the terms before you apply.
